Ryan Robertson (Director of Marketing & Sales)
Ryan will be your main point of contact for technical related customer service issues, pricing issues, providing quotes for the customer and contract agreements. Ryan's prior 6 years of experience has evolved from a strong background in engineering, sales, and customer support. He graduated from Purdue with a Electrical Engineering Technology Degree. Ryan has been employed for over 8 years with INAir and has a solid understanding of what it takes to provide the best service for the customer. He offers troubleshooting assistance, A/C research and recommendations for product reliability improvement. This is a small sample of the services he provides to our customers. He is here to assist our customers any way he can.
Art McKinney (Shop Manager)
Artoversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations, unit status requests, handling expedite or AOG requests, shipping status, provides technical assistances when necessary and organizes work flow. He ensures all work and inspections are accurate and meet standards. Art began his career with INAir in April 1996 as a technician. Over the years he has served as a Technician, Senior Technician, Inspector, Chief Inspector, and Shop Manager with INAir. He has over 20 years experience in the United States Air Force maintaining a variety of aircraft, mostly the heavy cargo aircraft and bombers. Served as a technician and supervisor, supervising as many as 45+ technicians in the repair and maintenance of instrument, autopilot, and navigation systems. William Fink (Chief Inspector & Quality Assurance Manager)
Bill is your point of contact for questions regarding the repair shop manual (RSM), drug and alcohol plan, FAA/EASA acceptable repair procedures, technical data, repair/overhaul records, parts traceability and PMA's. Bill has over 40 years of experience in the electrical and electronic industries. His skills have extended from Measurement Supervisor, Production Manager, Manual Designs, Television Repairs and Television System Installs. Bill has been employed for 9 years with INAir and is very important asset to our company.
Wendy Domino (Office Manager)
Wendy will be your point of contact for all billing, payables, and invoicing questions. All non technical issues should be directed to Wendy, so she can enter your request in our system, query the appropriate personnel and provide prompt response to your inquiries. Wendy has over 5 years of experience in management and is very experienced in her field.
Michael Dye (Calibration Department Supervisor)
Mike is responsible for the maintenance and calibration of our test equipment. He is in charge of maintaining and updating all documentation associated with the department's action. Michael has over 15 ears of U.S. Navy Electronics experience, supporting Medium Attack Aircraft Aircraft. He served as a Technician and Final Inspector, while supervising 20+ technicians in the repair and maintenance of radar, attack computer and navigation systems.
